Vote For A Trusted Voice, Re-Elect FELICIA

Fourteen years ago, I chose to make West Vancouver home, drawn in large part by its exceptional public education. My husband and I have since raised our two children here. I graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s degree in Education. As an educator, lifelong learner, and parent, I believe education should prepare our children for the future while inspiring them to become responsible and caring citizens. 

Four years ago, voters across West Vancouver, Bowen Island, and Lions Bay elected me to the School Board. I remain deeply grateful for that opportunity and have never taken it for granted. 

Throughout my first term, I have approached this responsibility with a strong commitment to showing up and staying engaged. I have attended every Board business meeting and served on all major committees—including HR, Finance & Facilities, and Audit—gaining a practical understanding of our district’s governance and operations. I have also made it a priority to attend signature events at our schools and stay connected with our students and staff.

I take pride in being accessible to families. Parents regularly reach out with questions and concerns. I listen closely, respond thoughtfully, bring their perspectives to the Board table, and help find a way forward. 

It has been an honour to serve on the West Vancouver School Board over the past four years. I ask for your support to continue this work as your School Trustee for another term.

😎 Fun fact about me - I love to travel. I visited the Maasai village in Kenya in 2008 and drove all way to Tuktoyaktuk in 2018 (check out the photos above)!
